Our Partner, Iliass Segame, successfully obtains the Arbitration’s Practical University Certificate issued by the University of Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines.

Graduating with honors, our partner, Iliass Segame, becomes one of the very first recipients of the Arbitration’s Practical University Certificate.

The training is organized by the University of Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines under the direction of Professors Maximin de Fontmichel and Jérémy Jourdan-Marques in partnership with the publisher LexisNexis as well as a team of lawyers made up of Yan Schneller (Cartier Meyniel Schneller), Janice Feigner (Norton Rose Fulbright) as well as Benjamin Siino (Gaillard Banifatemi Shelbaya Disputes).

Delivered over 4 modules of 4 hours each, the University Certificate makes it possible to master the practical rules of arbitration litigation from the drafting of the arbitration agreement through the organization and management of the arbitration body. The validation of the 4 modules and the evaluation, consisting of a written exam of 4 hours, which results from it allows candidates to obtain the University Certificate.
