Oulaia Mâalmi, co-founder and senior partner at the firm, holds a Private Law degree (1984) from Sidi Mohamed Ben Abdellah University in Fès, Advanced Certificates in Civil Law (1985) and Business Law (1986), a Doctorate in Legal Sciences (1990), and a State Doctorate in Legal Sciences (2015) from Hassan II University in Casablanca.

Sworn in in 1987, she joined the Casablanca Bar in 1989 and was admitted to the Supreme Court in 1999. In 1995, she was awarded the eloquence prize by the Casablanca Bar Association.

Oulaia has been a higher education professor since 1986, currently teaching at the Faculty of Legal, Economic, and Social Sciences in Casablanca – Aïn Chock.

Her expertise in Real Estate & Construction is acclaimed, advising and representing, among others, national public entities, leading players in the real estate development market, companies in the agriculture and viticulture sectors, as well as international firms specializing in inheritance genealogy.
