M’hamed Segame, co-founder and senior partner at Segame & Maalmi, boasts an impressive educational background with degrees in Private Law (1984), Advanced Certificates in Civil Law (1985) and Business Law (1987), a Doctorate in Legal Sciences (1989), a Higher Management Diploma from I.S.C.A.E (1992), and a State Doctorate in Legal Sciences (1997) from Hassan II University in Casablanca.
He was sworn in as a lawyer in 1985, joined the Casablanca Bar in 1987, and was admitted to the Supreme Court in 1997. His publishing debut came in 1989 with a work on workers’ compensation law.
A passionate academic, M’hamed has been a university professor since 1992, currently teaching at the Faculty of Legal, Economic and Social Sciences in Casablanca – Ain Sebâa. He is also a member of the scientific committee of the “Gazette des Tribunaux du Maroc” and frequently hosts significant conferences and seminars.
With his academic prowess and extensive experience in business law, he has advised and represented entities in the oil refining industry, international airlines, and pharmaceutical companies. Additionally, he serves as both an arbitrator and counsel in arbitration matters.
