Iliass Segame holds a degree in Business Law (graduated in 2013 with honors), a Master’s in Business Law (graduated in 2015 with honors) from Hassan II University of Mohammedia, and a Ph.D. in Private Law (graduated in 2021 with highest honors) from Cadi Ayyad University Marrakech. He was sworn in in 2016 and joined the Casablanca Bar.

His practice focuses on business litigation, digital law, new Technologies, sports and entertainment, as well as alternative dispute resolution.

In this field, he has authored numerous publications, is a member of several international associations promoting mediation and arbitration, and regularly participates as a speaker at seminars, conferences, and training sessions for students and young practitioners. He was elected the ICC YAAF representative for Morocco for 2021-2024.
