Kaoutar holds a degree in Business Law (graduated in 2013 with honors) and a Master’s in Business Law (graduated in 2015 with honors) from Hassan II University of Mohammedia.

She was sworn in in 2016 and became a lawyer at the Casablanca Bar. Her areas of practice include business litigation, intellectual property and new technologies, as well as real estate, land rights, construction, and estate management. She also has a keen interest in alternative dispute resolution methods, leading her to pursue doctoral research and studies in arbitration at Hassan II University of Casablanca.
